We deliver worldwide. If your country accepts mail, we ship 
there — always free.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number 
to follow your package's journey in real-time.

If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days after

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or customs 
fees charged by your country's customs office. These charges 
are the customer's responsibility and are NOT included in the 
product price.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
1. Check with neighbors and your local post office
2. Wait 48 hours (sometimes marked early)
3. Contact us — we'll investigate immediately

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or in poor 
condition, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange 
a free replacement or full refund right away.

Incorrect Address:
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. 
LuxeFriend is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly 
provided addresses. If a package is returned due to a wrong 
address, reshipping costs apply.
